What is the warranty policy on 11SIX24 paddles?
All 11SIX24 paddles come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Please note that normal wear and tear, including edge guard scrapes and core breakdown from heavy use, is not covered.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your gear has shipped.
Can I return a paddle if I have already played with it?
To be eligible for a full refund, paddles must be in new, unused condition with the original plastic wrap on the handle. We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products.
Do you offer international shipping?

Are 11SIX24 paddles USA Pickleball (USAP) approved?
Yes, all our competition-level paddles are submitted to USA Pickleball for testing and are fully approved for sanctioned tournament play.
How should I clean and maintain my carbon fiber paddle face?
To maintain the grit and spin of your carbon fiber face, we recommend using a specialized rubber paddle eraser to remove ball fibers and debris after every few sessions.
